SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery is by parcel or pallet courier service depending on the item. We will arrange a convenient delivery day and address with you before despatch. Please note somebody must be onsite to take delivery of any pallet deliveries, we will need a contact telephone number for the pallet company should there be an issue with your delivery. If for any reason where the pallet company cannot deliver the unit due to a problem on the customer side, there will be a redelivery charge and we will organise another suitable day.
If an item is in stock delivery is usually next day once despatched. Processing and packing time varies but usually within 2 -3 days. Deliveries are week days only.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it in original condition and get a full refund. To do this you must inform us within 7 days of receipt and email customer services on email@example.com . This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the item/s to us. If you are wishing to return faulty items, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. Red Campers will arrange for an exchange of an individual piece or a refund at your discretion.
